    Hello' I just registered my maxisys successfully but I can't update it, when I apply for updating it keep searching but not showing the vehicles list' do I need to do anything to perform it ?

    Hello.

    When doing the updates, it is recommended to connect Maxisys to Internet by Ethernet connection to ensure high Internet speed and good Internet performance.

    Now the latest system version for Maxisys is V1.02.06. On your Maxisys, please go to System Updateto check the current version. If the current version is not V1.02.06, please download and update the system version to V1.02.06 first.

    Then you can go to Updateto check if there are software updates available.

    If the problem still persists, please send us the pictures about the updates screen of Maxisys and the error message that asks you to check the network.

    2. And please go to Settings->System Settings->About tablet, then please send the screenshot about About Tablet to us. The MaxiUI version is important for us to check the problem for you.

    3. Please go back to Settings->About, and then send the screenshot about the About screen to us.
